President Lungu says Government is working with the Zambia Cooperative Federation -ZCF- to set up solar powered hammer mills in order to address the price of mealie meal in the country.
THE establishment of milling plants in all the provinces will reduce inflation caused by the prices of food in the country, the Zambia Institute for Policy Analysis and Research (ZIPAR) has said. ZIPAR executive director Pamela Nankamba-Kabaso said the Government's intention to keep inflation within single digits in 2016 was reasonable.
