Im trying to remove the mill scale from my top on a few welding/work tables Im building. Im having trouble finding the right tool to do it. I tried my orbital, a hand belt grinder, neither worked. The flap wheel on the angle grinder was super super slow and the hard grinding disc leaves gouges. I read where you can use muratic acid or vinegar.
