I have a G3616 and at least one other member has one. The sole problem I had with mine was the run capacitor. They promptly sent me the correct capacity unit. (When I tried milling at 2960 RPM, which was way to fast for anything I do in the first place, the motor would simply shut off within a second, or less. It reset automatically in 15 seconds.

I've often wanted a powerfeed for my Grizzly G3616. That knee is heavy! I built a "powerfeed" out of a socket and a half-inch drill just to move it roughly up and down. Soon, I abandoned it because it was more of a pain than of use. If I could figure out how to build a mount for my knee mill's z-axis, it would have a real powerfeed.
