During our one night stay at Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park (SHP), we explored the day use area. There was so much to learn about the Miwok culture and traditions. Campgrounds are spread all along the pass from Indian Grinding Rock State Park near Pine Grove all the way up the pass and across into Hope Valley and down the West Carson River.
