Just finishing adding an Enco power feed to the Knee axis on my Grizzly 3616 Mill. Grizzly did not offer a unit to fit so I ordered one for a Bridgeport from Enco. Had to remove the tables from the mill in order to remove the Knee elevating shaft.

I have seen the equiv of the Grizzly 3616 you mention at Hafco and IMHO its a bit rough around the edges. I had a VM1A from Hafco and found this machine which is from Taiwan to be very good, also it used a B section belt which did not slip as much as the A section ones on other machines.
